We provide an alternative provision for young people who find the classroom environment challenging by providing vehicles of engagement and
re-engagement. Whereby young people begin to take ownership of their experience. 

We believe that learning should be accessible to everyone, and our provision aims to make young people feel understood, heard and supported, heard, and supported by facilitating their growth through following their interests.

At Strive IA, we are passionate and dedicated to making a difference to the lives of young people with additional challenges. We pride ourselves on our staff’s knowledge, lived experience, specialisms, understanding and ability to build positive and trusting relationships. Ultimately, we aim to guide and support young people in leading happy, healthy lives so that they can thrive, enjoy and reach their full potential through their interest. 

We offer unique programmes for our students, enabling them to develop their interests, opening them up to new opportunities, and fostering hope for their future. In doing this, we will also support the families and carers through this challenging journey together. Through lived experience, we know that working together can transform young lives.
